In 2005, the CARES acronym was developed to assist all staff in better understanding our vision as well as to help acquaint new staff. The effort and thought put forth in the development of CARES has certainly been blessed in many ways. The CARES concept is also utilized in our staff education sessions which are held periodically throughout the year.

Our Staff Meetings in 2009 centered on our mission to fulfill the Agency vision of Caring Because God CARES. We began with a study on Character and then sought to better define and live what it means to show compassion, to act as an advocate, to show respect, to work towards excellence while keeping our homes safe for our residents and staff.

We will continue to focus on our CARES philosophy this year as well as in future years.
